One-Pot Chili Mac

This comfort food is especially comforting when you're just tossing things together from your pantry. I have a few different chili recipes up on this blog already, so feel free to make this with one of them or with your own special chili recipe. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes - 4 hours (depending if you've already made the chili)

Ingredients
Two (2) cups of macaroni
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese -- this can be altered anywhere from no cheese (aw yeah, vegan) or mountains of cheese
Two (2) cups of chili -- I used leftover two-bean & faux-meat chili for this
One (1) clove of garlic, minced
Other toppings -- this can be freshly cut tomatoes, green onions, sriracha, anything!

Directions
Boil water in a saucepan or pot and cook pasta until desired firmness.
Strain pasta, but do not rinse, and return to pot.
Spoon chili and garlic into the pot and mix with pasta.
Heat on medium-low until all of the chili mac is heated thoroughly.
Top with cheese and additional toppings.
Enjoy!
