One (1) teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ cup of all-purpose flour

1½ cups of rolled oats
Large handful of peanut butter chips -- I used Reese's chips. You can also use chocolate chips, caramel chips, or peppermint pieces.
Directions
Preheat your oven to 300F degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
In a separate mixing bowl, swiftly mix the butter and brown sugar until it is fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the brown sugar mixture and continue beating.
Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until blended.
