Buffalo Tots

This weekend, I hosted a TOTluck! It's a great idea if you love potatoes and don't mind feeling like you're slowly turning into a tater tot. I made a couple different dishes for it, but this one was easy to throw together and everyone seemed to enjoy it. This recipe makes about two dozen bite-sized appetizers.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 bag (or 16-ounces) of tater tots
One (1) large celery stalk
Four (4) ounces of blue cheese
1/3 cup of buffalo sauce -- I used Wing Time's medium sauce
24 toothpicks

Directions
Bake your tots according to the bag (this can vary, but it's usually 450F degrees for 12-15 minutes).
While they are baking, slice your celery into bite-sized pieces (about one-inch long) and chop your blue cheese into small cubes.

When your tots are finished, toss them in a large mixing bowl with the buffalo sauce until completed coated.
On each toothpick, layer the celery, blue cheese, and tater tot.
Serve warm or cool & enjoy!
