Cranberry Brie Grilled Cheese

I'm a huge fan of grilled cheese and am always looking for new ways to try it. I saw this recipe online & couldn't resist. These sandwiches were made for cozy winter nights. This recipe makes two grilled cheese sandwiches.

Challah!

Prep Time:
10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
Four (4) slices of challah bread
One (1) wedge of brie cheese --I used the creamy type
Two (2) tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of dried sweetened cranberries

Directions

Warm a frying pan on medium heat.
Butter one side of each challah slice. Place butter-side down in the heated pan.
Slice brie into long, thin slices and line each side of the bread with the cheese.
On one side of the bread (or both if you're a huge cranberry fan), place a small handful of dried cranberries.
Let cook until the bread is golden-brown.
Flip the non-cranberry side of the bread onto the other to create a sandwich.
Remove from the heat and cover with the frying pan's lid to melt the cheese further.
Enjoy!
