Apple & Honey Flatbread Pizza

L'shanah Tova! Okay, I'm a couple days late in posting a Rosh Hashanah recipe, but it's so delicious, you'll be making it year-round. Here's to a sweet new year!

Side note: I'm living in a new house
with new lighting and it's taking me time
to figure out how to take good photos. Apologies!

Prep Time: 5-7 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
One (1) flatbread/naan -- you can make your own, but mine was store-bought
One (1) honeycrisp apple, sliced very thin
1/4 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
Two (2) teaspoons of honey

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350F degrees.
Lay the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread ricotta from end to end.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the ricotta spread.
Evenly space the apple slices over the parmesan.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove from the oven, and drizzle the honey over the entire pizza.
Slice and eat!
